Meet the Nudge leadership team

Finn started his first business at 17, launching a fashion brand with school friends. It failed, but it pulled him into ecommerce and advertising. After finishing a Business Marketing degree, he ran digital ads at two Australian agencies and specialised in Google Ads. He later went independent, completing hundreds of strategy calls and becoming a top-rated freelancer. In 2023, he launched Nudge and now works with a small team of experienced media buyers, helping leading brands grow through Google and YouTube Ads.

Affan has been working in digital since 2013. He came up through agency roles in Australia, moving from social media management to leading client experience and technical operations. He specialises in systems, automation and AI, making marketing operations more efficient and scalable. Affan joined Nudge in early 2023 as one of the first team members and now oversees the technical and operational backbone of the agency, ensuring campaigns run cleanly and clients get consistent results.

Oussama started in business at 20 while completing a Master’s in Business and Marketing, launching and scaling retail ventures across the Middle East and Africa. He moved fully into paid advertising after graduation, working as a strategist and media buyer across freelance and agency roles. He later became Head of Paid Advertising at an Australian agency, specialising in high-performance Google Ads accounts. In 2025, he joined Finn to help build Nudge into a top-tier Google Ads agency.
